Our work begins long before the first day of construction. We’ll make sure all the necessary formalities have been taken, including permitting, zoning, and assessing the project scope. FCOM Construction Services has tons of experience working with franchises, so we can help you find the perfect site for your new location.

Next, our team will investigate the site and identify any potential challenges. The investigation helps us ensure that we can meet your scheduling and budgetary needs. At this stage, we’ll also coordinate communication with the landowner, leasing agent, and other stakeholders involved in the project. 

As we develop a floor plan and site plan for the buildout, we’ll continue to coordinate with stakeholders and make sure our designs fit your vision. Open communication is an important part of our process — we always make sure our clients are involved at every stage. 

Our team oversees the entire construction or renovation process from start to finish. Any third-party professionals we bring in are vetted and managed by the FCOM Construction Services team, so you can rest assured the job will be done to your specifications. We’ll also help by completing custom fixtures and moving in your furniture or equipment once construction is finished. 

The job isn’t complete once construction is finished. We’ll continue providing maintenance and upkeep services for your commercial building, so you don’t have to worry about anything but running your business.
